Staff in emergency room and on floor were all friendly and professional.

I came in to the ER at about 6: 30pm with multiple injuries. Promptly seen by triage within 15 min & then moved back to a room. Dr. Chad Becker saw me quickly in triage & then later on again. Dr. Becker and literally the entire medical team, from the professional who checked me in to the nurses and the x-ray/cat scan professionals they were all professional, wonderfully kind and attentive. I believe Dr. Becker was detailed, very through, making sure nothing was missed which was so greatly appreciated. I know I had asked the same questions a few times as I wanted to make sure I had a complete understanding of what was happening, etc… He continued to answer with solid, through answers to make sure I had a clear understanding.
We were out of the ER by 10: 45.

Having been in and out of multiple ER’s over the past 15 years with my daughter who suffers with seizures from intractable epilepsy… this ER experience was the best I’ve ever experienced, it’s what an ER experience should look like, feel like, etc… so many could learn from Dr. Becker and the team he was working with that evening. Impressive and left me feeling confident with the care received. Methodist West… I hope you keep & show great appreciation & compensation to Dr. Becker & each professional working with him. They are definitely an extraordinary asset to our community and your organization!

Showed up at 830 there were 5 people in waiting room in front of my wife at 1230 she still waits.shr had a procedure done at this hospital and has had major pain and quietly watched as your rude receptionist was more interested in studying than being respectful to a patient. And she had no clue how to do a simple job we are very upset and are going to look at the options moving forward to expose the unprofessional staff. Local news channels

Nurses who took care of my adult son were amazing! 2 travel nurses were EXCELLENT! The reason 4 my sons inpatient for several days needed understanding & patient nurses those travelers knew & was on the spot w/keeping him comfortable THANK YOU

Stayed three nights and 4 days. Had problem with staff ignoring call lights. Most times they would answer but response time was 1/2 to 45 min. Then they would always have something more pressing to do first, so don't count on getting and service quickly. Twice no-one ever answered the call? One oasis was a male night nurse who name was Lynn. He responded very quickly and could walk and chew gum at the same time. He was very polite and professional. Said he had been there 27 years? Kind of got the idea that they were short of help.
