Rude woman on phone, she hung up on me! Then wouldn't answer for 3 minutes! I wanted to know the price of 4 new lines, she said she cant tell me that! She "had" to pull up my account to talk price. Total lies! When i told her thats not true, she argued, a d hung up! THEN, when she did finally answer again, she was as helpful as a hemorrhoid! 6-4-22 at 1pm!
I told.her i was considering calling corporate about her, and she said "doesnt matter, they are a franchise" and.
She dgaf about how she treats customers! And she is dumb as nails! Couldn't do basic math.
This "franchise" owner lost 4 phone deals today, and likely 4 more next year, and the year after. And this rude EMPLOYEE dgaf!
