8Showed up after being screwed over by us cellular with multiple outrages phone bills and was ready to switch. Adrianna helped set me up with home internet and a plan with 4 lines it was super easy and stress free and I paid half of what my US cellular bill is. Adrianna was great and patient this is my second time with metro and I won't switch to anyone else they have been amazing everytime I've dealt with them.
Celia the young lady in T mobile is the 5 star. Not the store. Celia was outstanding in her sales manner and rescued me as a customer. She is the reason I am continuing for now with your service. She untangled the mess my account was in. Your AI had messed things up with the aid of the person who entered the info
They don't keep any inventory. I asked about many different phones and they couldn't produce one single phone that I could purchase and leave with.
After waiting for a hour for a phone that was supposed to be in stock it's defective and won't respond to the touch screen. Refurbished trash was sold to me without my knowledge. They will pay dearly when they open tomorrow at 1: 00 am.all bills must be paid by credit card. They will not make auto withdrawal from your bank. And they won't clear the answer machine because they don't want to deal with customers.
My wife daughter and I went to Metro to change our monthly phone plans.after we walked into the store the representative told us they couldn't change our plans and that we had to call customer service and as we were walking the representative named Samantha told her coworker she wouldn't help us out until we purchased 50.00 dollar plan or new phones. Been going through Metro 2 years and never been treated like this.this representative is there to help customers only thing she cares is a commission.my wife and I will be looking for a different phone provider.

Sam at MetroPCS was wonderful! Providing excellent customer service is the most important part of a job where you have to deal with the public, and she gets a 100% approval rating from me. I've been using Metro for maybe 4 years now and have never been disappointed.in the service.
Their customer service is amazing, the service coverage is great, and their prices can't be beat. As a traveling nurse, I have to have a reliable phone, with service and network capabilities 24/7, and I've had plans with Verizon and US Cellular both. T-Mobile has been the one with the most reliable coverage so far, and is cheaper than either of the other two. Plus, if there is an issue with ANYTHING, they take care of it immediately, and they do so with patience and a friendly attitude. I have recommended T-Mobile and Metro PCS to everyone I know. My boyfriend and his daughter are actually coming in today to switch to your services from Verizon, because of the cost, and because I love T-Mobile so much. Thank you for providing an awesome and affordable phone and internet network for the hardworking people in this country.
