3Very bad service, you ask the lady things and she doesn't know how to clarify anything besides being super rude, the worst store I've ever visited
My girlfriend needed a new phone and I suggested this location because it's clean, calm, and have excellent customer service. Haven't had an issue thus far with this location. Adan gave excellent customer service today. He was awesome and even gave us TMobile merch for shopping at that location. Definitely will return when I need services pertaining my phone.
My husband & I went to Metro PC to upgrade my phone and I just can't rave enough about Rosy the manager at that location, not only was she knowledgeable, personable. These are all the qualities I look for as a consumer. She made it so easy and I purchased liquid screen protector and a case done the Ravell T 6 had only been out for a month. I was going to do this review right after my purchase but decided to wait to see if I was going to actually like the phone. I give it a serious thumbs up! Super happy thanks Rosy!
