9Called to ask a simple question the "store manager" got on the phone and starting yelling stating I have to come into the store. After they both gave me contradicting information: After repeating the answer she gave me, (so she can hear how dumb it sounds) - the manager they " escalated raising her Voice again, " O MY GOD! " I stop the conversation, let them know - both reps are stating different information.if I could give no star, I would.
" I just wanted to take the time to give a HUGE shout out to employee Courtney at this location. Her Customer Service exceeded my expectations today actually the last few days! She help resolve a problem I was having getting my service restored and it all worked out. THANK YOU SO MUCH! "
Went into a different location (Mhay) was not happy with services and how I was treated came into this location and she was amazing even though was not their ownership she was quick to help and fix my account. Thank you Jessica also this location having a outside event tell everyone
Best metro store. Workers are on top of everything. Now what you need and how to fix problems. In and out less than 10 minutes. What would have been at least an hour. And no frustration. Thanks you guys.
Lady was awesome i stop into a few T-Mobile Altoona & 14th locations horrible service very glad I came into Metro instead Jesica got me into a plan with ACP and very friendly!
Came back in October with my father district manager was very friendly and there was some confusion with my account and had lost my number, I return to location and she was amazing and was able help me get my number back and assisting me to get acp as needed more information. This definitely will be my go to. Jessica is amazing.
We had an issue at a Different storeAnd I came to this location because the staff has always been so knowledgeable and helpfulJessica helped us solve our problem even though it was from a different store
