I give these guys five star rating easily they're quick to respond very friendly most important they want to get you in your vehicle or get you driving again no matter what it takes if I could get more than five stars I would so here's my five stars and both my hands with two thumbs up

I lost my truck key and Justin answered my call was very helpful gave me a price and showed up when he said he would. Justin did a great job was very nice and professional. Totally impressed with the price saved me so much more then going to the dealer. If I need a locksmith ever again this is my first pick.

I lost my key (the only one I had) and had a different locksmith come out to make a key. That person screwed up and erased the keys out of the system and left me without a working key. I found the old key, and Mikes Metro Lock & Safe came out and made a new key and got them programed in. These guys are professionals from start to finish. I'll never bother with any other locksmith again.

A ABSOLUTE HUGE thank you to the guy from Mike's Metro Lock & Safe! I lost my ONE AND ONLY key to my truck while hunting and was told these guys would take great care of me. My Appointment was at 10am and got here at 945.had a brand new key made for my truck in less than half an hour! I am beyond impressed with how fast and polite they where. I HIGHLY recommend them

Fast and very affordable. They helped me with key fob repair and replacement for two different vehicles and did a great job.

Very disappointed. The dead bolt I needed repaired couldn't'be serviced. The tech made the evaluation just as he stepped out of his truck. The tech who answered the phone could have done the evaluation over the phone and saved me $60

Mike is kind of gruff (not bad) lol but he’s nice and straight forward he helped me with multiple vehicles and did his best I would definitely recommend them to others.

Great company across the board. I was locked out of the house and ALL other companies in the metro couldn't get to me for 4 - 8 hours. Called Metro Lock & Safe and they sent Justin out in 30 minutes. Justin was very professional and was able to get me back in the house ASAP.

If you are in dire need of a locksmith- this is the place to go! My dog got ahold of a key fob and destroyed it, Metro had someone out to help me the next afternoon, the same day I called. They were prompt, fast, friendly, and reasonably priced my 2016 Nissan Rogue. I highly recommend!

Great Services. Locked my car and I had no clue where my keys were. I called metro locksmith. They were very responsive and came out quickly. I'm very happy with their service.

I purchased a key fob for my car, because the one that came with it was in bad shape.
Unbeknownst to me, a driver needs 2 programmed key fobs to program a third.
The leaflet that came with the new one suggested I would be in need of a specialized locksmith per their own recommendation - the nearest one to me is in Omaha.
I looked up locksmiths in the area and found Mike's Metro Lock & Safe. I emailed them to see if they would be able to take care of it and they said they could. Within 2 minutes of me walking in the gentleman there got it working! All for about $50!

Thank you! Got my keys locked in while the engine was running and I cleared snow off. The first locksmith that I called kept me in limbo for over 20 minutes before I recieved a call back that they weren't coming due to the snow. Waste of time. Metro Lock & Safe arrived in 10 minutes and got me back in my car in 30 seconds! Awesome service!

I would HIGHLY recommend using Metro if you are ever in the unfortunate need for a locksmith. They were fast, professional, and very personable. Roy clearly knew what he was doing and was passionate about the work he did. I needed a new key made for my car, they had the key in stock and were able to cut and program it and get me out of there in less than half an hour. They turned what was a horrible day for me into a great one thanks to their friendly and knowledgeable employees. Thanks a lot Metro! I would give you more than 5 stars if I could.
