MHC Kenworth - Des Moines

By far the worst place I've ever done business with. Brought my truck in on a Wednesday and didn't leave until the following Wednesday. They told me it be done on Friday, Friday turned into Monday afternoon, Monday to Tuesday 7-8 at night, that then turned into Wednesday 4am. Customer service none at all. Do yourself a favor, stay away. Drive the extra mile and take your truck somewhere else save yourself the stress and headache.

Kept me informed even though I'm a company driver which is rare at other places.issue with the truck right after they gave it to me but the girl came right out to me and wanted to put a service tech on it.amazing customer service.

I am giving you 5 stars so other drivers can experience the through lack of effort that went into finding and fixing my air conditioning problems. Within 70 miles of departure the air conditioning went out again and I am now at kw in Omaha. Lost a 2000 mile run due to you lack of expertise in finding the the problem.

It was one of my worst experience in taking a truck to the dealership. No customer relations, slow in repairs. I will not recommend anyone to patronize the establishment. Though few are trying their best to uplift the image of the dealership. But the service department needs serious overhauling. Some of the service advisors must really change for better. With my experience they do not deserve any star from me.

Had a minor truck issue on my way home to MN. These guys got me in quickly, they were very nice and professional. Thanks a ton, I’m very thankful.

Had spare keys made there. So in my experience, it was great. Feller offered me a cheaper blank, but I liked the original better. So just fyi a 2019 T680 key is going to cost you $17.08

Mac's the guy to go see for anything parts related. His customer service and professionalism is unbeatable in central Iowa. He always goes the extra mile for anyone and makes you feel like a valued customer.
