4 This Job is very very stressful its no wonder they like meth heads
If you think training is done when they let you on your own thats not the case they send someone to tell you things you already know
Sad thing is if the trainee reports your not good enough not fast enough the leaders will fire you
So if your considering working here don't its not worth being setup and people there are not your friends
When I saw the company true colors I didn't eat that shift
This is an awful place to work
and work only for 90 days is a joke
This Job stresses me out in how everything has to be a competition and how we have to be forced to work in the cold factory room for 9 hours
treating us like robots and get a 30 minute lunch thats lame,
This place pisses me off makes me miss my old job in how we would get an hour lunch
They do not train you they just throw you on the line would not recommend working here. They take all but 1 dollar of your last check for insurance even if you at no longer covered threw the company. It's Mexican ran so if you are not a white woman or a back stabbing white man towards your race they will run right over you.
Overnight parking, shipper guy is awesome but they need to put boxes brick style, and put some more surroundtape around!
