Love the pizza here! It's a treat when we order Michael's pizza. They have unique flavors, my favorite is their take on the Hawaiian and the sweet and salty. The spinach artichoke dip is delightful as well.

Pizza is amazing and staff here treats you like family! We did the take, design our own at home, and bake at home option! Highly recommend eating here or ordering it to go! So good!

Best pizza in Des Moines! We are never disappointed when getting Michael’s pizza & it’s become a staple in our weekly meal rotation because it’s so affordable. All the ingredients are super fresh and both the Alfredo sauce and marinara sauce are really tasty. I love the pizza with the pears on it, such an unexpectedly good combo! 10/10

Alright place. Comes highly recommended but I would say there are better pizza places in town.

Pizza is great as always, unfortunately the dine-in option was not available during my recent trip and I had to get pizza to-go. Maybe call ahead if you are planning to sit down for your meal.

Please support the local neighborhood restaurants. The food was good, we'd never been there before. Will be back

Absolutely delicious thin crust pizza. The toppings tasted fresh and balanced, the crust was crispy on the bottom but just the right amount of chew in the body with a crispy edge. They have the balance of everything just right. 10/10

One of my favorite pizza places! The spinach artichoke dip is the best. The Apple delight, bbq chicken, supreme, all are amazing! Their crust is my favorite.

It probably has only a few hundred feet to it for dining space, but what it lacks in volume, it more than makes up for in taste and character.

This is a go-to for carry out or dine in (someday) and should be on every Beaverdale resident bucket list for great tasting pizza.

Thin crisp crust along with standard ingredients and an assortment of flavors found in boutique pizzerias allows this small pizza place to punch way above it's weight class.

This has always been great thin crust pizza in DSM, hadn't been since long before the pandemic. Got a pizza last night well done it was fantastic! Glad to see Michaels still going in these tough times for restaurants. I'll be back soon.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Gluten free was burnt around the entire edge, and both it and the regular thin crust were the toughest crusts ever. Dont know why, but a challenge to eat. Expected much better. First and last time for us.

Best pizza in Des Moines! Whether you order a specialty pizza or create your own, you can't go wrong. The homemade red sauce and crispy crust are fantastic.

A local group of a few dedicated folks who love pizza. Michael's was a cherished local restaurant that also had a little pickup pizza joint attached. The owners retired, and some employees banded together and bought the brand. This is the ESSENCE of buy local, folks! Buy it!:)

This is my first time here abut definitely not my last. It was fire, literally. Hot and perfect amount of cheese. A definite go to!

I was not super impressed when I first got my meal due to not liking the meatballs. I brought it to their attention and was immediately made another meal. The second dish was amazing as was the service. Great Place to eat.

Michael's has excellent pizza! The ingredients are very high quality. It has a delicious, thin crust that has the perfect amount of chew to it. The sauce and cheese are equally amazing.

Love Michael's. Thin crust pizza with high quality fresh ingredients. Their salads are mixed greens with homemade dressing. We enjoy the spin dip as an app and supreme pizza.
