Thao, my hygenist was amazing, she is so nice and takes the time to explain everything. I am not a good patient and they do a great job making me feel comfortable and not anxious.

I went here seeking more efficiency than UIHC. The appointment started and finished in a timely matter. My hygienist, Thao, was very knowledgable and also friendly, and Dr. McBride was great too.

Fantastic experience with Dr. Carrie Teahen and her dental hygienist. They were very thorough and explained in detailed every step of my visit. I'm happy to have found an excellent dentist in Coralville.

Midwest Dental is simply the best! The staff are kind and respectful. My family loves Dr. Teahen

Their pre dental procedures estimates are always wrong! I got an estimate prior to deep scaling and some fillings. I paid what I told in advance.
I end up paying them out of pocket more than four times what's estimated. So if you are planning to do routine visit better to find other dental clinic where you pay what to expect to pay not wrong estimates they gave you.

All the people I had to interact with could not have been nicer or more respectful and polite!

Scammers they didn’t do the clean up even after booking an appointment stating few silly issues and charged around 200 dollars after insurance coverage

This group, especially Lisa, should do workshops for other businesses and organizations. Those of us with admittedly repulsive physical deformities are not always treated with such professionalism and kindness as I've found here.

Their cancellation policy is dumb. When I called for a appointment the person on the phone was very rude.

Lisa is my hygienist. She is kind and gentle, but so thorough - I appreciate her work. I need to have a couple crowns and I was provided with financial information to inform me of insurance coverage and my responsibilities. I truly appreciate that heads-up!

As a hygienist, Lisa is the best. As always, she does a thorough job and doesn't miss a thing. She also makes you feel relaxed and educates you on the care of your teeth. And, Dr. McBride was amazing from exam to dental work. I have some anxiety and he was so calm and talked me through each step of his work. His assistant was also very assuring and kind. And, I even enjoyed visiting with Josh at the front office. A very friendly and knowledgeable atmosphere throughout this office!

It didn't "feel" like a dentists office. Had a more relaxed atmosphere. And the doctors, at least for me, go above and beyond.

The atmosphere is uplifting, the staff are friendly and smart, and everything looks very clean. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here!

Dr. McBride & the entire staff at Midwest Dental are GREAT! Very professional & compassionate. Going to the dentist isn't "fun" but this group makes it more enjoyable.

I just love this place. I have had some uncaring dentists in my life but the fols at Midwest Dental are way betteer than any of them. This is a very caring place with people that actually respect me and my needs.

I just moved to Iowa and had the pleasure to establish care at Midwest Dental. The office is super organized and welcoming. My dental hygienist Lisa is fantastic! She is very thorough with my exam and cleaning. Dr. McBride is reassuring and explained my dental health very well. Highly recommend!

The hygienists and Dr McBride are great! Always so personable & they make your time there as enjoyable as going to the dentist can be.
