I have been very satisfied with our service at Midwest Heritage Bank. We have personal and business accounts as well as personal and business insurance with them and they have always gone out of their way to help me get things set up, answer questions. I don't know how business owners can work with big banks and get things done. Any bank will have it's issues with electronic services but they always get any issue I have resolved quickly and professionally. They are simply the best bank for us to work with!

Takes forever to get things processed and I’ve called multiple time this week before going into work to be met with a voicemail, at noon, like come on…
Very disappointing and having a hard time reasoning staying with MWH over X, Y, or Z
