We had a really great inspection from Donny at Midwest Pest. He was happy to help us understand the types of pests we might see in our new home. Transplants from another state we were not aware of all the types of insects and/or rodents we might encounter. Donny was very knowledgeable and excited to point out possible problem areas and what to look out for. We feel very comfortable knowing that Midwest Pest is looking out for us.

From start to finish they make things simple. I have had to change appointment times on occasion and it's never been a problem. The guy they sent out today (Mike Bonds) is very knowledgeable and is easy to talk to. He explains everything and tells me the steps taken to prevent problems in the future. I would recommend Mike and Midwest Pest to anyone.

Midwest Pest Control is very responsive; I called and they were able to come out the next day for services. Michael did a great job and was very detailed with the treatment. Highly recommended!

Michael is thorough and patient and a lot of fun. He has been here twice for our regualr services and each time he has been so helpful and congenial. He has the best attitude. He's someone who wants to do a good job and solve problems, which I think is such a rare and valuable asset. Today was our third visit from Midwest Pest Control and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I was a loyal customer for a competing company in the area for many years but changed services this year when my needs exceeded their scope of work.

From the sales call to each service visit, I’ve been greeted by a professional, knowledgeable, courteous Service Pro who takes the time to not only treat my property, but explain the service produced and answer any questions I have afterward. Donavan was my Service Pro today and he did an excellent job.

Before arriving, Donavan sent a message letting me know he was on his way. Shortly thereafter he arrived with a smile and got to work. I had my dogs with me today, but Donavan remained flexible and helped me to work around them. The service was quick and once completed I got a rundown of what had been completed. He even stayed a few extra minutes to answer all of my follow-up questions.

I really appreciate the flexibility and high level of service I receive from Midwest Pest Control and look forward to working with Donavan again in the future.
