Had a leaking water line underground that no one seemed interested or available to fix. Took several days and multiple phone calls to get an estimate from Roto-Rooter in Des Moines, and they quoted me a ridiculously high price probably because they knew I was desperate. I finally got Mike's # from Carlisle's public works office, and he came by with a crew within hours and had it fixed by the end of the day, in less than half the time Roto Rooter said it would take. Such a relief. Thanks Mr. Killen!
