This place seems to have a problem with its service department. I only come here when I have a problem with my battery in my sedan. Last time my car battery was only three years old and they refused to warranty it. This time it was a year old and now I’m jumping thru hoops trying to get it warranty the battery. They charged me >200$ and I’ve had to call them 10+ times to fix it. I’ve gone to Quality Auto up the road and they have never done this to me.

I just had a really excellent experience buying a 2013 F-150 4WD pick up from Mike Molstead Ford. I am 76 and have bought a few cars over the years. Everyone I dealt with at Molestead, from the lovely woman who answers the phone as though she was expecting a call from a friend to the sales people, and Nick was my salesman; everyone was professional and direct. I kept waiting for the add on charges to be brought up that I thought were part of every vehicle purchase but there weren't any. The dealership is just the best in the business and they make you feel like you are dealing with friends.

The sales team at Molstead was nothing short of amazing! They were truthful, honest, and gave me the information I requested from beginning to end. From the outset I felt that they were going to be a pleasure to work with and it turned out to be the case. It started with Kelly as the initial contact. I discussed the SUV, my needs, my questions and everything with her. She made sure to answer as fully as she could, which made me feel great! Then it moved to Jared, her sales teammate. It was so refreshing that they worked together, instead of making a person feel like they can only talk to one person about the vehicle. Jared made sure to handle my remaining questions, including those about warranty and delivery. Then they proceeded to introduce another member of the team, Deb. Deb essentially brought the whole thing home by showing me videos/pictures of the vehicle, making sure I understood the paperwork, and then facilitating the delivery of the vehicle to my home! EXCELLENT!

Had a scheduled service on my Mach E and it was done very quickly, thorough report given at the end. The waiting area is large very clean and neat, coffee, popcorn, TV, wi-fi, what more could there be…oh, did I mention it is bright and cheery as well. Thank you, I’ll be back.

I had emailed about the availability of a vehicle i was interested. I got an email pretty quickly saying that they would get the information in order and then call me back. No one called back after several emails and text messages from myself and my husband. Very disappointing.

It's a great place to purchase a vehicle, however I know s few people we referred to them who had their credit ran multiple times by an overly aggressive salesman. Young kid can't say for sure but I think it's Rodney, my boyfriend had this problem with that same rep too.we both even told him multiple times not to do so as we needed to speak with our bankers first. That put a bad taste in my mouth. He needs to realize he could lose customers by being so aggressively persistent. Adam Weipert sold us the Escalade we have from MOlsteads, he was VERY pleasant to work with and I would prefer to work with him anyway.
