As an employee of Mill Pond I feel fortunate to be a part of such an amazing caring team. Everyone who works here is always putting the residents first. One of the best things about Mill Pond is the longevity of the staff.

The independent living area is clean and well kept 99.8% of every day. Activities are scheduled many days each week. The nursing home section provides excellent care at all times that I visited my wife while she lived there.

Are people nice here? Yes. Absolutely. But if you have a lot of jobs under your belt, regardless of the circumstances… you will not get a position here. I knew the moment I walked in for the interview. I was not getting a position.
