The unlimited car washes are definitely worth the money, especially with all the brine down on the roads during the winter.

Had better experience this time. Mirrors didn't get folded out after pulling them in.

When I was inside car wash its moving but my car parking sensor brake is automatic on and one of behind car heat my car make some scratches, but there people said I was used brake they are not responsible but I was not used my car brake they told change your insurance each other and they told that’s not car wash fault.

Wouldn’t be bad if ALL of the air nozzles weren’t broken and the vacuums weren’t broken either. They only have 4 air nozzles and out of those 4 ZERO work. I asked before I even went through the gate if they had them they said yes and I asked if they were working (I know sometimes they don’t at other locations) and they said yes they work right now. I get done with my wash and go to blow the rest of the water off of my windshield and mirrors and what not and of course, the south side. Doesn’t work. What isn’t broken on that side of town. It’s pitiful. Will never return to that location. Just fix your stuff. It’s not that hard.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at Mister Car Wash on the corner of Army Post Rd and SW 9th St. The staff is always pleasant and extremely helpful! The car wash itself is clean and WELL maintained! Always a pleasant experience!

For a small monthly fee, you can wash your car every day as many times as you want, plus get free vacuum stations afterwards.

The Mr. Car Wash on Army post STILL has not adjusted their brushes to prevent damage to cars. This is the SECOND time I have had my trim knocked off my Range Rover Evoque. Now both sides of my SUV have NO trim on the back window. Going thru the wash, I could hear and FEEL the brush rollers hitting the sides of the car and windows very hard. I really thought the back window was going to break. I wrote them last time to advise that they should adjust these brushes so that they do not come that close to a car. It's automated. I would think that it would have SOME type of sensor that tells it how close to come. Apparently not. I did not even bother to have the attendant advise the Manger as he offered since they did not pay for the lost trim last go around, so why bother. In fact, when I asked him to retrieve my trim I knew flew off the car near the end of the wash exit, he brought back some other cars silver trim that had apparently come off also, I imagine this location must find a LOT car parts that this VERY aggressive wash knocks off. If you still value your older vehicle. I would NOT go to this location on Army Post. You will more than likely wind up with damage. God only knows how much this is going to cost me to have repaired since it is a rover.

I've been to this car wash twice now and got great service both times, even today when my ASD made me confused during the getting my car onto the rollers process. This is not what I'm used to when I get confused in public. I was also told "Thank you" which is rare to hear when purchasing something. Thank you for the excellent service!

The suckers were fantastic! Blowers worked well on dusty rims, duel wieldin is the way to GOo! ALRIGHT!

My first time coming to this car wash and all of the vacuums are turned off. The worker said he would turn them on, came back and said he couldn’t figure it out. I just paid $20 and can’t even vacuum out my car. What a rip off!

Brush wash swirls the paint. I didn't realize it was a brush wash until it was too late, cars behind me and couldn't back out. Ruined my perfect new paint job.

Newer building, very friendly attendants, not overall packed, if I live near here I would buy a membership. Thank guys!

Fast and easy with the unlimited pass.vacuums work 90% of the time.when they dont its because the last person vacuumed something they shouldn't.staff is on point.

Beware of this carwash. On May 25th a lady going through the car wash two vehicles in front of us hit her brakes causing the conveyor to pull us and the pickup in front of us into each other. The impact caused damage to our front bumper. A lady supervisor took our information and told us the car wash would contact us within 48 hours. As of 6-2-23 we still have not heard from the car wash. My husband has called three times to reach someone. All three messages have gone unanswered.

Love the job this car wash does. It got off dried on bugs off the front bumper from a 1500 mile trip. Now that's clean.

Get the pass! I go through 3 or 4 times a week. You can use at any location. There are 5 or 6 in Des Moines that I know of. Staff always super friendly. And a good job of cleaning the car!

Just as I was considering signing up for a unlimited account, I was reading the reviews and I am not at the least impressed. I personally know one of the people that left the review, so I have no reason to doubt that his word is true. Everyone else may or may not exaggerate so I take some of those with a grain of salt.

During a wash back in February my truck was damaged. When I noticed (about 30 minutes later) that my antenna was missing and had been broken at the base, I went back to the Army Post site and a worker found my antenna in the car wash and brought it out to me. Never said a thing about fixing it. I called the corporate office a few days later and a woman took a report over the phone and told me the Army Post manager would call me in a few days. After waiting for 2 weeks I stopped in and the manager, Gregory Lorimor said there was no report on his system, but he took pictures and said he would file the report himself. He said he would call me that evening with details. After waiting another week, I went back in to see Mr Gregory Lorimor and he gave me the run around about going to get an estimate from a body shop. I did that and brought it back to him and he told me to make the appointment to get the vehicle repaired. I made the appointment and a few days before I was scheduled to take it in, the body shop called and said they were unable to make contact with the manager or anyone at Mr Car Wash to verify payment prior to the work starting. The appointment was delayed and that evening I called the Mr Car Wash corporate office in Arizona. Speaking with "customer care" I was told that there was no documentation of the damage or estimate in their system and I needed to email the information to the claims point of contact and they would be back in contact with me in less than a week. I sent in everything as requested on April 4th. I still have not had any communication from either Mr Lorimor at the Army Post site or corporate headquarters in Arizona. I am currently on hold waiting to talk to a "customer care" specialist and my waiting time just went from 30 minutes magically to 50 minutes. I feel like their MO is to just wear you down until you get frustrated and tired. Horrible customer service.it's funny, they never seem to have had a problem with taking my payment every month. With all the stores popping up all over the metro, they have lost their care for the customer. Unsatisfactory Mr Car Wash.
