Mister Car Wash, Cedar Rapids IA

After 4 months of no car washes came through once today to try the new Titanium wash and my car looked brand new after. Its a definite improvement, Free vacuums at the end are a nice plus. Best mister car wash in town no doubt.

Service was great. The workers were kind. The front of my car looks great! But the back looks terrible! I hate that I spent $22 on this. Not sure I'll be going back

When they first opened, the car came out clean, now they are just getting lazy & don't spray off rear of vehicle or windshield & it's not clean after going through wash

I like the convenience of being able to wash my car anytime I want, with the unlimited monthly fee, but it never seems to do that great of job cleaning up the rear hatch on my Ford Edge. Some of the attendants will spray it down manually while others do nothing at all.

I really appreciate the ease and convenience. I dislike the damage it causes to my licenses plates and mirrors

First the scanner would not read my member bar code so I inched up untill it did. When it finally did the barrier raised and hit my vehicle and came off the device and fell to the ground. I backed up so I could see where it was so I would not run over it. The attendant was waving me forward and I rolled down the window to explain that I did not want to drive over it. He gave me a disgisted look and and said nothing.
Then driving into the wash that attendant motioned me in and with almost the same disdain did not smile or wave in a welcoming manner as I am accustomed to at the other locations.
In the wash several brushes did not even touch my vehicle and the blowers were very inefficient in removing water.
Mr. Car Wash in the other locations have quality service and are an amazing value. I highly recommend staying away from this location and using the Blairs Ferry or the Collins Rd locations where they treat a customer like they are important to them.

The Marion location is my preference, but Wiley Blvd is great too. Nice friendly staff and the wash is open consistently without downtimes for maintenance

We have the monthly plan. With three locations in CR works great. Good price for the service.

I'm confused. I purchased the $14 wash. The attendant didn't do any sort of prewash. I was so close to the truck in front of me that he had to hurry out of the dryer at the end or I'd hit him. The whole wash took maybe 45 seconds. When I got home I noticed the whole back bumper was dried with muddy water.and when I checked my bank account it shows I was charged $14.98 (tax I guess but when I selected the wash it said $14). Definitely not worth that kind of money at all. Maybe $6 tops.

Stopped by for a car wash. Staff was friendly. I was disappointed that my truck still has lots of dirt streaks and dirt splatter.

Great service. While vacuuming after the initial wash, a manager came over and said he noticed there was still dirt on the vehicle. Sent me back through with the Premium wash package at no cost. Rare to find personal service like that.

Depending on the attendant you receive you will either have your car pre-rinsed before starting the wash or they'll just wave you through. Not sure if they are supposed to rinse or only if it's bad. I think they should. They are pretty easy going. If your vehicle is still dirty and you don't pay for the unlimited washes they'll most likely let you go right back through. I wish they provided towels like some of the other similar car washes but other than that I'm happy.

We have a membership and I'm going to cancel it. The free vacuum is great but what's the point if the wash scratches the hell out of your car and it doesn't dry it either?
Highly don't recommend Mister company. I've been to many locations and they ALL scratch. Blairsferry/edgewood is the worst!
