I have purchased several cars over the years and Moffitt's is hands down the most caring, easiest to deal with car dealer that I have encountered. My most recent purchase was made possible by Garrett and Doc, they helped me upgrade my vehicle and stay in my budget! They were super to work with! I would also like to thank the service department for "helping with the sale. " I have always received great service from them and not ever felt pressured into services that were not needed. Moffits is my go to for automobiles and service and should be yours too!

Purchased a vehicle a used vehicle and had issue on way home where it had to be stopped on side of road I called sales person Genevieve and left a message as dealership had closed she called back shortly and apologized for our issue we had and took care of towing and repairs and delivery after there was a purchased warranty but this was out of ordinary circumstance and we was taken care of our Thanks to her and Moffit Ford for the care they showed Greatly Appreciated.

They have very friendly nice service making you feel very welcomed.
The reason for 4 not 5 is because it took a little while for us to get the paperwork done and the process could've probably been sped up a little bit.

Took my car in to have work done and some recalls. They got the recalls done but not the extra work and I had to make a second appointment. Took my car for the second appointment and waited all day to find out that they “forgot” about my car and never did the work. Not sure how you can forget to work on a car when that’s your business. I now have to have a 3rd appointment in hopes that they actually do the work. They didn’t seem too concerned about wasting my time and could have shown more empathy.

If you’re looking to get a car i definitely recommend here! We drove 2 hours to get a car and they were amazing. Doc and Kevin were a heck of a team and worked hard to help get us what we wanted in the price we wanted. It’s a breath of fresh air after dealing with awful dealers for so long.
