Molly Maid of Ankeny

If there was an option to put zeros stars I would! 3 hrs to clean 3 small bathrooms and wipe down counter tops? I am baffled that it takes 3 hrs for 2 professional cleaners to clean 3 small bathrooms! I would not recommend or will be using this service company again!

We're in Rt. #1 and really like our 2 ladies. They do good work and always come with a smile.

Very pleased. My last clean was done by Patricia, Reina & Maria. They are excellent, can they be cloned? They paid attention to the “little things”. I’d be very happy if these 3 cleaned my home on every clean day

LJ and Sabina are absolutely the best, along with Jessa, who is joining them today. They are always pleasant and professional, and do a wonderful job of moving the furniture to clean behind it. We have the bi-monthly service for our bath and kitchen with Molly Maid of Ankeny for our current house for about a year now. Our regular team of Fabiola and Adriana has been taking excellent care of the most difficult to clean areas of our house. With two kids, two dogs, and two very busy parents in the house, it’s very nice to have these areas well sanitized on a frequent basis. The regular team is always on time, and when there’s a scheduling conflict with the team, backup crew will show up to do the job. Rescheduling is super easy: call in 72 hours in advance, and the office are always happy to cancel or reschedule for us. We’ve also used them in the past to clean up after a bad tenant moved out. They were able to restore our property after the mess that was left behind. I don’t know about the rest of the Molly Maids in the country, but the Ankeny location definitely has served us well over the years.

We are always so happy with our team's work - Patricia, Reina and Maira was do a thorough job and they are always so kind while in our home! I also appreciate the team in the office that is always willing to work with us when schedules change.

We travel A LOT, and Molly Maid of Ankeny respond to our schedule changes without missing a beat, making sure we get our reliable team of Reina, Patricia, and this latest week Nichole. It is so wonderful to leave home knowing we will return to a fresh and cleaned home!

They are very thorough and house is nice and clean after they are done.

I gave so many chances. One broken blind, a broken family heirloom, a lost check, and now 3 bad cleans from Mikayla and Mikalynn and I am OUT. Beds not made, not one item moved or straightened, and the shortest cleaning times ever. They even sent another crew to clean up after these two the last time and they still have the exact same issues.

They completed a deep clean today and did a very good job. Looking forward to the cleaning every other week. They were good to my dogs.

Floors were not clean - still debris everywhere and stuff stuck to the floor. Did not sweep or mop under any table/easily movable furniture. Did not dust cobwebs or walls. Did not clean baseboards, windows, or blinds. I could do a better "deep clean". They also did not talk to me during the visit. Did not inform me that the cost was going up during the visit. Quoted $120 for 1.5-2 hours and then would be told how much it'd be after that -was not contacted at all and was charged way over $120.

Rosario and Marilyn did a great job. I needed to add two rooms last-minute and they were very nice about it! Their cleaning was efficient and thorough, and I appreciated the attention to detail-I had some air vents that were looking scary, and they wiped them down along with everything else.
