Great Value - after over 30 years with another insurance company, I was convinced State Farm couldn't beat their price.
Boy, was I wrong. Not only beat their price, but with better coverage, saved me over 35%. Since then, nothing but great customer service. Two claims: one was car accident. The claim process was smooth and easy - even the body shop said my insurance company was great to work with. Also had a claim for towing - agent worked directly with towing company and filed claim - all I did was cash the reimbursement check.
