This is a good storage, clean, safe, and temperature-controlled. The staff is kind and professional. I am giving four stars instead of five because during my stay Management changed and all unit prices increased. In addition, insurance now is not optional as it was in previous management.

One of our family members had a devastating fire but many personal property items were damp, smoky, and salvageable. I was able to make emergency arrangements with Casey at the Tiffin Move In Self Storage to secure contents prior to demolition of the structure. This greatly assisted us to be able to clean and store furnature until another living quarters could be found. Thank you!

The manager was great! Answered all my questions, friendly, and knowledgeable. The units are clean, and safe. I was extremely happy with my experience. Highly recommended.

Always dealt with Casey at this location, always helpful and friendly. Requested some yellow tape to be added to the opening of the unit where you step up to catch the attention of the second step up to avoid tripping, this was done the next day. Casey was always willing to answer any questions.

Easy to get in and out of but the rate increases are ridiculous. I called and asked for the increase to be reconsiderd and the person that answered was understanding and said they would pass on my request but the increase remained. Also seeing evidence of mice in my unit along with one live one that luckily ran out when I opened the door.

I received a reply to call to address my concerns but the number provided is not in service.

Update *, I was contacted by the site manager and regional manager. My concerns about the rate increases have been addressed and they are working to add extra rodent control around the units.

Great facility. Very clean and secure. I appreciated the ability to get the storage remotely. Makes life easier. Thx again

Casey is very professional and helpful. He is prompt in replying to emails and answered all our questions thoroughly and clearly. If we need a storage unit again we will return to the Tiffin location!

Roaches from other tenants got into my storage container I had no food however a few live ones were seen while retrieving my things in boxes of paper etc. Very unhappy about that even though I know you can't control what people put in storage

It’s a great facility, but Casey has been the best part! He’s been with us every step of the way since we moved in 2 years ago and has always gone above and beyond expectations!

Experience was all good. Clean easy to get in and out of storage. It would be nice if there were access to electricity for the units is my only suggestion. Also the business changed ownership and the rates took a couple of increases while we were renting which was unfortunate.
They were quick and efficient in closing our account upon checkout.

Moove In made the whole process super easy. Had great directions to the unit I was renting. Very mindful of service, they provide a lock for the unit and precut the package open so I could get it open. Nice touch!

Loved the convenience of this storage from the online booking to the simple instructions. Great customer experience all around!
