Went to get my grandmas gold necklace repaired and a silver chain repaired/shortened. Insanely reasonable prices (I am a college student on a budget). I visited other jewelers and they were too expensive or couldn't do the repairs I wanted. The man there knows what he's doing. Would definitely recommend.

I always take my watch here for new batteries and bands. They are the only Bertucci dealer in the area and service is top of the scale. When it’s time to get a new watch, go here!

He took the time to teach me about diamonds and helped me over several appointments to construct the perfect ring! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will be returning for our wedding bands!

Went in to get a ring re-sized. The gentleman said it would be 2 weeks. It's been a month so far.

Mr. Morrissey is in a class by himself, with personal attention to even the smallest job (mine was only $10 but he treated me like it was an expensive job). God bless ppl like him still around!

Poor phone customer service. I was excited after reading another positive review so I called to see about getting my ring resized. I don’t know much of anything about jewelry let alone resizing and the man that answered the phone was rude, seemed like I was annoying him, and hung up before I finish saying ok thank you for your time. Planned on taking my ring in but not after that!

I went into Morissey Jewelry to have my wedding band re sized and cleaned/polished since my original jeweler closed down. I was happy to support a local business and loved that Morissey was so close to my home. I'm so glad I went to him. We originally went a half size larger, and upon pickup it was a little snug still. So we went up one more half size (he did not charge me for that) and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. It looks better than when I bought it. I haven't been able to wear my band in almost a year! The band still looks thick and sturdy and the diamonds are clean. I truly don't think I've ever seen it so shiny. He was amazing during the whole process and I will absolutely go back for future cleanings/polishings! (I uploaded a picture of my ring to the photos section.)

Took a ring in for a bent prong. Left it for 3-4 weeks. Could not get a phone call answered. Kept driving there weekly to check on progress. We were told a couple more days each time. Never even started the repair and we ended up just taking the ring back with nothing done. Owner looked very annoyed and displeased!
