We had a great service and the young lady that to care of us had sleeping problems she got me a pillow to prop up slept great any I'm out there I definitely stay there

This motel is amazing. The owners are friendly and helpful! The rooms are immaculate and have been recently updated! Bed was super comfy and sheets crispy and clean! Love this place!

Very nice motel, very clean. Upon check in, we were greeted by one of the owners who was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are freshly renovated, very light, just the right amount of well selected decor, and with hardwood floors. Mattress was comfy, bed linen was clean & crisp, good pillows. All those little things were there that make travelling nicer: good fluffy towels, makeup towels, bottled water, coffee, microwave and fridge. Great value for the money and all around pleasant stay. They have a pet friendly room (which we did not need or use this time but great to have if travelling with pups). Highly recommend! ️️️️️

Clean, cool, comfy rooms. Seemed newly renovated. And a bidet in the bathroom! Definitely recommend if you need to stay in Tipton.

This place was the best hotel/motel we have stayed in. Rooms are spotless and all the things that they have thought of to make life easier is amazing. Definitely will be coming back and telling anyone we know that this is the place to stay.

Last week my mother and I drove across Iowa to see our family. As a small
business owner myself, I was looking for a locally owned motel or hotel to
stay at. Checking out different businesses online, I came across Motel
Tipton.

After looking at their website (info, prices, pictures, "their story", etc.) and
also their facebook page, I was impressed with everything I was seeing. I then made a phone call to them and spoke to Naomi about concerns with
getting a room that would accomodate my mother and her current health
situation. Naomi was a pleasure to talk to and assured me all would be
good for her (me too). We arrived to meet her and David and had a nice
introduction with them. Our room (Deluxe with 2 Queen Beds) was very
clean and dressed up nicely (the pictures tell the truth). During our stay, we had several nice chats with Naomi (David was away). Our room was comfortable and checking in and out was a breeze.

Do yourself and them a favor. Support the local (independently) owned
motel/hotel group and stay at the Motel Tipton. They will treat you right.

Very nice, comfy room, really clean, gracious owners.
TV not so good. Cable or Dish would be better than searching for just movies and reruns. But. Cost for the motel owners probably prevented that investment to get rolling since they are spending dollars on each room instead. They have done a great job remodeling each room just beautiful and welcoming.

What a great small motel! Everything was very clean, fresh and new. The extras and even a fireplace in the room made it so cozy on a cold windy night.

The remodel looks great! Smells way better than the first time I stayed 3 years ago. Owners are amazing people to!

Rooms are remodeled exactly as described and beds were comfortable. Very convenient location. From reservation to check in we had a great experience. I even left my watch behind by mistake and they were kind enough to mail it back to me at no charge.
