Mr Eggroll Chinese Fast Food reviews
17Food is usually good however they are closed quite often leaving a sign in the glass door they would be open @ 5: 00. Best to call ahead to see if they are first before going
Great spring rolls. Quick lunch on the go! Will go by again next time in the area. Fast service.
Ordered spicy orange chicken and instead got chicken fried rice with no spice, called to get it fixed and the lady refused to fix it without paying again. Do not recommend. Also ordered crab ragoons that were the worst I've ever had, hardly any cream cheese in the center and they were over cooked. Will not be back and will definitely not recommend
Send me a friend went to Mr eggroll today to get some lunch usually their food is phenomenal however the crab rangoons were completely empty there was no cream cheese no crab no nothing it was just empty wontons highly disappointed
I ordered the same thing as the person unhappy about the rice. The sesame chicken was good, the rice was awkward… that’s the best way I know how to say it… to the American brain it just looks so randomly plated, kind of a small amount. They could definately spruce up the fried rice. Maybe form it from a cup. The way it’s plated gives the impression of haphazardness as it doesn’t fit the size of the plate. The fried rice also seemed to be white rice with a tiny bit of soy sauce and a tiny bit of egg. Was pretty plain…. Not gross just plain. Would eat here again as the entree was delicious… review meant to be constructive.
They didn't place my take out in the bag correctly food leaked everywhere. Very poor service Again. Spend the extra money go next door to nut pob far better food and service
Ordered the sesame chicken no extras.
The side of rice included leaves more to be desired. It's not up to what I would expect a highly recommended Chinese establishment would offer, not sure if their fried rice platters are different, but I've had better rice out of a microwave packet.
The chicken however, was amazing. Crusted amazingly, great tasting sauce served piping hot fresh out of the kitchen.
The included egg roll added some extra crunch but did not enhance the meal at all.
Stopped for convenience, wasn't impressed with the food at all, it was swimming in grease and no flavor
Nice Staff, they are patient, the food was great! They have dine in, order take out your choice. You can call ahead too. They have a wide variety of Chinese dishes to pick from, I like that they include an Egg Roll and soup. Many Chinese places don't do this any more but Mr. Egg Roll does, the average cost per person is about $10.00
The food was ready pretty quickly, however taste was okay, I felt like it was a little overpriced.
Small dive. Not much parking or seating. Food is AWESOME and super FAST! Jalapeño Chicken is my favorite!
Support local small business.
I'm so picky about my Chinese fast food, and this place is legit good and fast! Awesome sesame chicken and Jalepeno crab Rangoons! Lots of good, quality food for the price!
I love this place. Been going here since I was a little kid, & my mom went here when she was younger as well. My families favorite place to go.
Really good food!
Had a lot of extra sauce that we didn't know what to do with or where to use it.
We drove all the way from Norwalk and it did not disappoint. Both our meals Sesame Beef & Combo Lo Mein were delicious!
If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered sesame chicken with vegetable lo main instead of rice and there was not a single vegetable in the noodles. (Never seen that before)
no soup was given and the egg rolls were tiny store bought looking things. To top it off, we were told it was $34.60 for 2 meals but was charged almost $42. Not sure if they add gratuity but for take out it's a lil outrageous. We will never be going back
