Nate Sammler - State Farm Insurance Agent, Ankeny IA

It took 3 weeks to get ahold of someone at this office. My phone calls and emails were ignored and never answered. Several attempts to go to their office and the doors were closed at 3: 45 when it says on the door that they close at 5: 30pm.
When you do get service, the lady there is rude AND they always say that there is a problem with their equipment (printer, main website, etc.) This has been a problem there for years.
After using Nate for nearly 10 years and watching the service get worse and worse, I’m leaving as a customer. There are much better and more affordable choices out there.

We have had home owners insurance with nate for 13 years but bc we will not insure our vehicles they are dropping us, trying to strong arm a customer that has given u business for that long at the drop of a dime.i do not recommend this place to anyone.shop around and get yourself the best deal instead of paying his house payment for him.bc he will screw u over to if its in his best interest.

Nate and team have always helped us with all of our insurance needs. They are very responsive and always willing to help us out. The service have also been great and competitivly priced.

Been with SF forever. We left twice thinking we could save money. Long story short.we didn’t.

Nate takes care of all of my insurance products and I think that he is really competitive. He's always a phone call away and always gives me good advice.

We priced multiple companies regarding prices (#1) and customer service (#2). Nate and State Farm qualified in both categories! Signing up for coverage was very informative as Nate took the time to talk about every aspect of our three policies. We may be old school, but there is nothing better to us than sitting on the other side of a desk and having that personal contact. We got that with Nate! Give him a call!
