We spent the night ther on a trip from New York state to Kansas City, MO. It was in nice shape. It is one of those campgrounds that sits directly next to a busy interstate highway, so don't be surprised by the sound of traffic most of the night.

We were there end of October. Though we had the place reserved, there was some confusion with the booking system and the staff didn’t know we would be arriving. The restrooms near the tent campsites were already closed and the picnic tables were already stowed away for the winter. So we had limited amenities while camping out there. However, the staff was helpful and did what they could to support us.

Very accommodating! Nice campground. This was an off-season stay. Looks like the campground would be very nice when fully open.

Very friendly hosts that help you to your side and help line you up. Sites are very close together with small fire pits. Noisy near interstate

Nice place! Well taken care of. Large, clean pool. Well manicured grass at sites. Wish we had had time to check out the fishing pond. Only drawback is some residual sounds from the highway. But some white noise takes care of that.

This KOA is very nice especially if you have kids! Lots for them to do, train ride, jump pad, pool.etc.
Reminded us of how KOA's just to be fun, clean and lots to do.
Only reason for 4 stars is some sites are close together

We have not stayed here yet, but the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nice area for kids to play and several outdoor games to enjoy.

Walked in to check about pricing and availability for a long term stay and the lady at the desk had a bad attitude didnt seem to want to help at all. We have stayed at plenty of KOAs and never had bad service. We definitely wont stay here now due to her. Overall the park seems very nice though but she ruined our experience.

It is nice and clean. The only thing that I did not like is how they were skeptical about our German Shepherd. Don’t base thoughts on assumptions or stereotypes.

Horrible.we got our spot but our surge protector warned us when we hooked up to electric, so we had to change spots, PIA! Horrible highway noise! Do not stay here!

Terrific trees, very clean campground, nice and quiet but it got 3 of 5 stars due to the space between sites and the freeway noise. We could hear lots of traffic pretty much all night even with the a/c and TV on. There are several different parts to the campground. A lower, grassy area and then tiers up the side of a hill and more sites on top of the hill. The sites not under trees in the lower grassy area are extremely close. Our slide out was inches from the electrical site next to us. If someone had been there, we wouldn't have been able to open the awnings. There appeared to be many fun things for kids and the dog park was completely shaded. There were some large pot holes on the road in and our site was grass/gravel that was muddy after it rained. There was good maneuverability around the roads.

Bathrooms were clean. Right on the freeway. Park was about one quarter full but for some unknown reason they shoehorned everyone together on narrow, wet, sites. Numerous spacious sites remained unoccupied well away from mud and noise. Was very expensive for what you get. I suppose we could have moved from our assigned site but who wants to do that when tired and hungry after traveling all day? The 3 star review I read was pretty accurate. It was not their fault it rained earlier in the day but they did not have to park us in the wet area. Took a lot to level the trailer as site needed grading.

Beautiful little spot right by the speedway. Campground is super convenient to the highway so there’s a little whooshing noise- it’s kind of like a fan running. Campground is treed and nice. There’s a Walmart about 4 minutes away, and some restaurants. I found a country road to walk on straight across from the campground turn in, and there was a trail on site to walk also. Staff was super sweet and helped us find a mechanic that came out to the site and fixed our pac brake. Thank you so much for putting us in site 1. It was just perfect. Beautiful and private. Thanks for helping us find the mechanic. It’s a big worry off our mind to have an exhaust brake as we head into the mountains. Hope to see you all again. Also thanks for letting us set up a tent to move our cats out while the mechanics worked. You all were so helpful to us.

Spent a night on our travels from Texas to Wisconsin. You never know what you're going to come across on the road but this was a lovely experience. Super clean and the grounds are meticulously maintained. Very friendly staff and Phoebe is a rockstar! Thank you very much for a pleasant stay!

Not the best place whatsoever! There were broken water lines so had to be put on a site that was all mud and water! Try getting your pet in and out! Not Good!

You are right next to the interstate for easy on and off camping. So yes, there is some good interstate noise. The staff here is absolutely wonderful! We camp here often and can not praise them enough! Some of the spaces down below are tight. The end lots are great! Up on the hill is newer less noise as well. With the newer spots I feel they are a little bit bigger areas. The area is more rock but give it time and it will be wonderful there.
