Our son has been going to Nick Jarosh for over two years now. I know it sounds cliche, but trust the process. It has taken some time but he is seeing marked improvement in his speed and agility. Some kids just need to keep at it and they will get there! Thanks Nick for all the patience and encouragement with Jackson!

My son started working with Nick in March 2022 after his hockey season was over. Between March to August (tryouts) there was a noticeable improvement in his overall speed, and athleticism. My son enjoys going there because he likes to workout, and how Nick pushes him to be better everytime he’s at the gym.
