I will never order here again. They made a dasher make my drink which had my straw in it when delivered. I also had black stuff in my Mac and cheese.not sure if it’s mold or burnt food…I am not a happy customer…

Every time i get the buttered noodles they can never make it right.there’s elbow noodles everywhere in the bowl. I don’t even want to eat it anymore at that point because it just tastes weird.

The food tends to be great, and the restaurant is maintained well enough. The cooks are not always very professional, but more often than not, it's a present experience.

Friendly service and food is decent. I don’t come often as the food can get pricey so I do come when deals come up.

Got dine in regular sized bowls. Went back up to the counter to get an extra empty bowl to share with my child. One of the young ladies allowed me to take my own food and the other one got an attitude about it. My buttered noodles were barely warm and the bowl was about half full. Will not be back, this used to be our favorite place to eat with our kid because the food was good and quick.

Attention noodles and company. We are doordash drivers, we aren't employed by Noodles and company therefore we shouldn't be responsible for filling the cups

Food was really satisfying but the portions felt really small considering how much I paid for the product

This was such a disappointment. The amount of food given was comparable to a $4 lean cuisine from Walmart. Only I paid $15 for the one at Noodle & Company. This amount would have been fine if the quantity was sufficient. However, the bowl was not even half way filled and to top it off the taste and quality of the ingredients was extremely poor. Needless to say, it is my first and last time going to this over priced and low quality restaurant. Please save your money!

1 order of spaghetti w/ meatballs, 1 order of Korean noodles for $43. Spaghetti was bland and noodles were cold/rubbery. For the price, I’d have expected family portions of both dishes to share between us… in my opinion this was incredibly overpriced for the quality and quantity of food I received.

I tried a challenge that worked out horribly. My food was awful, but I had to try different parts of the menu. I would not have done it if I thought the guys was going to be so bad. I will never ever try pad Thai again. Not in a dare, whim, or some stupid challenge! It was the worst meal I have ever had from a noodles and company restaurant. Hands down the worst thing I've eaten in 10+ years, and you can guarantee I'll be thinking about that the next time I go in and spend $12+ on a meal from here.

First time here. The staff is AMAZING. I have NEVER been to eat in my 41 years of life at a place where the hospitality and staff were this incredible. Days later and my mouth is watering for their food just thinking about it. Can't wait to go back!

Used to be great but I’ve had 2 negative experiences in a row. Both times, my mac & cheese was served luke warm and the cheese struggled to melt when stirring it in. Also, they are now serving dine in customers with single use plastic bowls instead of dishes which cheapens the experience and is bad for the environment. I see that they’re recyclable however the restaurant doesn’t offer the ability to rinse and recycle them- only a trash can.

Ordered the Japanese pan noodles with extra Japanese sauce, no mushrooms substitute with crispy Jalapeño, and a side of sriracha. Got lots of mushrooms, No Jalapeño, no sriracha, and wasn't extra saucy. -4/10

Really good food! Very fast too, they get food done quick and good, which is amazing, 10/10 would definitely eat there more

My fave non-pizza meal! I am faithful to the Pad Thai with steak and shrimp! Add some Sriracha and you have a full blown celebration in your mouth!
