First time I had ever had them and the food was awesome. Didn't know what to get and asked the cashier what she liked and I ended up going with it. Also they got my food ready really fast.

If you get any of the bowls, I recommend getting the large. The cost between the regular and large is not much but the food portions are. The macaroni n cheese that my kid had was chewy. I had the spicy Korean beef, and it was spot on.

No matter where I live this place is always so good to me ️ parm - crusted chicken and noodles w/ rice crispy and chocolate chip cookie of course ‍

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me verify which of their dishes are Vegan friendly. The food was really good as well. I had the Impossible Orange Chicken Lo Mein. Would definitely go back again.

The service is becoming more slow this last year and no one is that friendly, can tell they would rather be somewhere else, tables need cleaned, but food is always great. Pop machine is always out of options alot.

Emilee at the Ingersoll location was extremely helpful when there was some confusion about orders not coming through and she was super nice! Even added a cookie to my order for the trouble! I appreciated her willingness to help me and how kind she was the whole time!

Tasty for a fast food noodle shop. They have keto, gluten free and loads of vegetarian option.
Generous portions and great prices.

Can't handle a rush what so ever we waited at the register for 25 min and no one said anything to us. Don't be open if you don't have enough people to run the store

Was waiting for 20 minutes. Went up to ask about my order and they forgot about it. After 20 minutes of waiting. No apologies, discounts, etc.they just gave me back me receipt.

The food was good, I ordered enough for several meals and it warmed up well over the next few days.

I was extremely overcharged and don't know how to fix it. Somehow either accidentally doubled my charges or doubled my order and forgot to bring the other half. Not sure if it was Door Dashes issue or Noodles.

Out of 3 ingredients that create the dish, spinach was completely missing, there were about tomatoes total, and mushrooms came in less than that. As one of their simplest dishes, this was packaged knowing that the dish was inaccurate. For the price you pay for their pasta, this was incredibly disappointing.

I enjoyed my order of tortellini. I had them add feta cheese, chicken, and croutons. I had it Delivered with Doordash, and it came in a timely manner.
It was big enough that I made two meals out of it. Pretty tasty.

Ordered a buffalo cheese mac and received plain noodles with a few bits of chicken and topped with Parmesan cheese. No signs of onions or any cheese in the Mac. Extremely disappointed, this is the second time I've ordered from here with these results, I'm not going here again

I always have Pad Thai here. Used to add pork but they haven't had this on their menu for some time. I now add tofu. This time for some reason it was really runny. Still tasty though.

I’m honestly shocked at how filthy the drink station was. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in MONTHS! There was syrup splashed all over the fountain drink machine that was so thick and caked on that it was literally almost black. The spot by the tea container had rings of spilled beverages caked onto the counter. This can’t be sanitary, especially in the midst of a pandemic.

Giving this a location as a whole 5 stars as they were helpful kind and got my order right away.

As for coperate I'd give them a 2 or 3. I'm really sad that I find a meal that I love and then the next time I come in they no longer have it. I wish they would stop getting rid of items from the menu.

Overpriced, skimpy meals that are always never hot enough! There was a time I liked this joint. Idk what happened but they fell off.

Drove 30 min here Google says they were open. When we got here they were leaving cause a employee witch is the cook i think had a emergency so they all were leaving as i was coming in by that been said 4 of them where coming out like. U guys are a business and only have 1 cook. 1 cook? Really. So ur saying that the manager who told me they where closing that day doesn't know how to cook or train people?

We enjoy our opportunities to get to N&C. We do not have them near us anymore, but it is a family favorite. Pasta and the variety never disappoints. This specific location is in a neat part of Des Moines. The staff was friendly and did a great job helping us fill our bellies and have another fun time.
