I'm new to the area, and it's always a pain to find a new mechanic. I got lucky by calling them first. First, on the phone, she was so nice and helpful. Then the work was done quickly, and done well. Finally, the price was much lower than I expected, though they had to do more work than I expected. Great people, great work, great price. What else could you want?

We live 40 minutes away and there's a reason we still take all of our cars to Norris. They are friendly, flexible with work I like to try and do myself, and always reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend any higher.

They are thorough with their analysis and work and explain the options when faced with a "fix it now" versus "fix it later" situation. Their pick up and/or drop off service works well with my out of town business schedule. Their knowledge and workmanship represents the value I am looking for to care for my vehicles.
