Overall a great experience that our daughter needed for an implant. They were able to schedule her in at the last minute during spring break. The only complaint I have is that her prescriptions were not called in to the pharmacy until she was released, thus they weren't anywhere close to being ready to be picked up when we arrived. The first pharmacy was out of one medication, so by the time we had everything transferred to another, and filled, she had been released from her surgery for 1.5 hours, and we still had to make the 45 minute drive home. It would have saved us time [and my daughter's discomfort] if her prescriptions were called in much sooner.

Everyone was very nice and answered any questions I had. My procedure was done very professionally and quickly. After I left anytime I called with questions they were very polite and answered my questions. It was a great experience, especially for someone who generally doesn’t like going to the dentist.

Dr. Hogg preformed my dental bone graft and will be placing my abutment for my implant as well. I have such terrible anxiety when it comes to anything like this but his team put me at ease and he is an amazing doctor. I would highly recommend North Iowa oral surgery And dental implant center to anyone.

Your patient forms says 20 percent due at time of service yet they tell me they want full payment prior to service.

Couldn't have asked for anything better! Very caring and the Dr. And Staff gave my daughter excellent care. Definitely would recommend for getting wisdom teeth removal.

Excellent job.the only comment I'd make that they should put a towel over the tool tray while the patient comes in. They are scary. Be more relaxed if I didn't see the tools before hand.

Thank you to Dr. Kepros and all of staff at NI Oral! I truly could not have asked for a better procedure/recovery. I felt like my comfort came first - Dr. Kepros and staff helped me overcome the fears that I faced that would not go away. They truly make you aware that you do matter (aren't just a patient) and do everything in their power to make you comfortable (choice of music, assurance, calmness). I have had cavity fillings in the past that brought on much more discomfort than getting all four wisdom teeth removed! Highly recommend NI Oral for your dental needs!

How this place has not killed anyone yet is beyond me! Brought my daughter here to get her wisdom teeth removed and was impressed at the consultation, not including the completely outrageous non refundable consultation fee! This was my first sign not to go here! All for the money, could care less about the patients! They gave me an estimate for the procedure but keep in mind the bill from having to rush you child to the emergency department because of their incompetence! The staff at Mercy was not at all surprised that we came from North Iowa Oral Surgery! The doctor at the ER said, “oh yeah! We get patients from them all the time! ” This place should be shut down! If you care at all about you child, avoid this place!

Very friendly, professional, and experienced. Wisdom teeth extraction went great. They even follow up a week later to see how you’re feeling.

Great staff and very communicative. Also, very informative with answers to any questions, or concerns you may have. Overall, great experience and would recommend them to anyone!
