I honestly got off the phone with this pharmacy and I just had to write a review about the amazing experience I had. I've been struggling to obtain a prescription from a few chain pharmacies while using a savings card with my insurance. I decided to inquire with the pharmacy before transferring the prescription, to make sure it was something they could help with.
I decided to fill out the online contact form on their website, & the pharmacy got back to me in less than a few hours with the information I requested. Katerina is who I was lucky enough to speak with. She was friendly, knowledgable, & very professional. She made me feel comfortable & took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I felt informed every step of the way, & she made the process a breeze. I will never go anywhere else after this experience. Thank you SO MUCH for such amazing customer service!
