8Couldn't give me any information. Felt like I was pulling teeth just to see if they were available.
My Alternator went out on my truck this past Saturday, I called this place about towing my vech to the closest parts store which was about 25miles, this guy wanted $600 cash only, ok so I know fuel is higher now but don't try to rip people off cause you think there desperate, when they call you from a out if state phone number. You give the towing profession a bad name. I guessing your not a member of the local wrecker association.
Was tailgated by one of their trucks on I35 even when I wasn’t the cause of slow traffic. Seriously, within 2 ft of my back bumper. For a roadside assistance business why would you choose to drive so recklessly? Based on other reviews here this doesn’t surprise me. Unprofessional.
Call someone else or you'll regret it! Rick is a crook and a liar! Rick is not a nice person and hard to deal with. You will regret it if you let them touch your property!
Called for a tow quote since there are a lot of companies in the area. He could not give me a straight answer so I decided to call somewhere else.
Nice folks, however, I was the one that unlocked my car not the nice tech. He tried a couple of methods (for 20 minutes) and could not open my 2011 Buick lucerne. I opened it in front of him using two Shoe strings tied together, with a slip knot strategically placed to finaly open my door. I opened it and was still charged $100. Watch a video and do it yourself!
Couple of things to know before you call:
1. DOUBLE the price anywhere else chargers
2. Only takes cash. Will want to follow you to atm to get cash
Not worth it. Call elsewhere and consider yourself lucky-which is what I did.
They have screwed a few of my friend over they runined part of the frame on his car and they took the subs out of another friends i would definitely not recommend north story roadside assistance
