Northside Glass Service, Sioux City IA

We have used Northside glass for quite a few years for our farming operation & other business. They come out to our place and get the job done fast and efficiently! They have always gone above and beyond for us & are always very easy to work with! They do a great job highly recommend! Never had any issues!

Called 3 weeks ago and got booked for them to come out and fix a broken window. Appointment day comes up and no show. So I called and they never even had me in the system. Weird but ok. Rebooked with the receptionist for 10am today and a hour past no show. Called again and all they said is that I’m on their list today. So why book a specific time and not show up? 2 calls 2 no shows. I’ve used this place a couple times already so that’s why I wanted to use them again. But this is just poor customer service. Hope they get their bookings in order.

November 16th they finally showed up for the estimate. Called last week saying they would be there that day to fix the doors at the store. I have been told every single day that they would be there! I’m still waiting! I have no idea how they can run a business like this and I can’t run mine without glass in the doors! Pathetic!

They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. Connected only once in 5 attempts. When I did connect, the lady seemed to be knowledgeable and said someone would call me back. Now 3 weeks later I am still waiting. Unfortunately a terrible 1-star experience for me from Northside Glass Service.

What a pleasure to work with. I called and they came out the next day and repaired my windshield on my RV.
Another company wanted me to wait a month and charge me thousands more
