Bought a distressed property from Oak Tree and paid it off. Mike and Jillian are a pleasure to work with and everything they advertised was spot on. I am absolutely 100% satisfied with Oak Tree Properties and my new home, these PPL are extremely honest and very fair!
Signed a 3 year contract to buy a fixer upper. I missed 2 payments, during COVID, and they canceled my contract as soon as the foreclosure ban lifted. I made every single other payment over 2 years and negotiated to put those 2 months at the end of the contract. It didn't matter. After only 24 months they canceled my contract and had me and my wife evicted.
In those 2 years I put tons of money and time for materials and labor into making the house a livable home. Oak Tree canceled my contract a year early as an excuse to get the home back and make more money reselling it.
Jillian is rude and abrasive at the best of times. She out and out lied in court and left my wife and I homeless to make a few bucks.
Protect yourself. Don't do business with Oak Tree.
