Oculofacial Aesthetics

The staff including Dr. Repp were kind. However they didn't communicate with me at all unless I took matters into my own hands and that's why I'm leaving a 2! I wasn't even told an appointment had been set up at University of Iowa Hospital for an eye cyst! I needed to know that! I am perplexed how an office can function like this. I've worked in the Medical field and this would be unacceptable. The first time it took over a month to hear from this office for a consultation appointment to be scheduled. That only happened because I called them. Then, I hear this appointment was made without my input with Iowa Hospital 2 weeks ago. I need my husband to drive me as I don't like driving myself in Iowa University Hospital campus. Anyway I was going to complain via email but couldn't find one.
