Lovely staff, with absolutely gorgeous view of the river.
One if the best stays ive had.

Excellent location for a family reunion. Our hotel room is large and immaculate. The staff is friendly and helpful. The river is amazingly beautiful at this location. Our family dinners were held at the American Legion in town 3 miles away.

Off Shore Inn & Suites a really nice place. My family & I enjoy our seasonal campsite there.

Half a role of toilet paper in bathroom. No extra roll in room. Had to ask front desk. No help was available for sound out on television. Wanted to charge security deposit for secretions on sheets, said towels in the room were green, and room stunk after we left. If it took a few hours to get to room, garbage in room left there, food garbage, diaper left in trash, wet towels on bathroom floor from pool fermenting in a hotel room for an hour or more, what did they expect? I'm questioning if they change the sheets after every guest, and really sanitize surfaces, and really clean. I used to clean hotel rooms. Little kids in hotel rooms meant, well this one will take some time. To bad too. Beautiful place, and facility. Badly ran. Service sucked. I picked up they had revolving door on managers and staff. Notifications on lobby front desk on no maid service in rooms while staying multiple nights. Ask front desk fir extra linens. When I cleaned hotel rooms, we had occupied rooms and unoccupied rooms. Which meant people were staying in room, but wanted a refresher. I think I remember hotel giving that as a courtesy? Maybe it was a more upscale hotel? Offshore looks like it would be upscale, but looks must be deceiving. Sad, it's a beautiful place.

Beautiful location, great service. All and all this is a solid choice if you're in the area and can snag the rooms for a bit under the listed rates. Breakfast offered is pretty typical for a hotel so not great, but otherwise the Offshore is great.

The adjoining restaurant is a perk too, though it's a bit pricey for average food.

Lied to multiple times. Was told check not til after 3. I get there and they gave the room I already paid for to someone else at noon. Wont be back.

We had a very enjoyable lunch at the Off Shore restaurant. The staff was very pleasant and we felt welcome. The food is outstanding.

Very nice rooms. That’s why there are 3 stars. We were over charged. We stayed in November. We Paid for Friday and Saturday, rooms were paid for. Saturday came and they said we only paid for one night. Keys didn’t work. Long story short, keys didn’t work because they put us in wrong rooms, therefore we had to pay again for another room. That’s why clerk at desk insisted we pay again. Clerk at desk said we could call manager on Monday but it wouldn’t do any good. Called manager, left message. Screwed on our overcharging

We have stayed here many times as our parents live in town, we are all out of town and cannot fit into one house. This is a clean hotel with a decent breakfast. Not the ritz obviously but waffles are good.

Some of the reviews had us quite worried about our choice to stay here. But we had no issues! The hotel was very nice and clean! We really enjoyed it. Music selection in lobby was not bad as one reviewer stated. One recommendation is to offer a recycling bin in lobby since their milk and OJ are individually packaged. We'll be back if we're in the area again.
