I went into the store to purchase a printer cartridge. They had what I wanted in stock. I picked up the cartridge and headed for the checkout. After a short time in line with only one other person ahead of me, the check out person greeted with a warm smile and was very polite and professional while she rang up the purchase. When done with purchasing my cartridge, the check out person bade me a friendly farewell and I wen on my merry way. Thank you, Office Depot!

Extremely pleased with the whole experience from time we stepped inside the store to the time we walked out.

Drive up service needs to be better. Waited for about 7 min after selecting the option for drive up on my app and after waiting I called the store and they didn’t even know someone had requested a curbside order. Waste of time waiting in the car, how ever my prints turned out good so I’m satisfied

The store also needs a major systems update, when I checked in store if my order was ready the registers looked super dated and the employee couldn’t find my order for a while. But this is a corporate thing, not at store level issue

Friendly, helpful staff with a very clean environment - They were very helpful and pleasant to work with even during an electrical issue. Recommend them to everyone.

Building and parking lot feel dated.

Avoid going during the rush hours. Lots of people in a poorly planned parking lot.

Very helpful for what I was looking for. Last time I bought this particular item I paid $5.48 and today it's $18. One of these companies going to stop ripping the public off

Excellent customer service. Rewards program saved me almost $30 today. Jay was the sales person who explained something about the product I was purchasing that I was unaware of. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I hope Office Depot know what a valuable employee they have in her.

When I called the agent informed me after looking, that the cartridge was in stock but just 1 left. She offered to keep it at the front desk. I arrived and sure enough, she did not hat she told. Great way to keep customers as this is the same I’ve experienced everywhere else. The store is pristine clean.
