8The beeping noises near the checkout area give me a headache. (Probably the cashier's as well, they probably have to listen to it all day long.)
Make sure to check your merchandise they tend to forget to take the alarm pins off the garments.
Very attentive, but, not overly attentive staff. The store was very clean. At the register, the clerk helped us sign up for the Old Navy credit card, and was really nice, even when I couldn't remember my phone number. We got very cute and comfy clothes. We will definitely be going back!
Quality seems to be taking a backseat. This used to be a great place for back to school shopping. The cut is often varied and the outerwear isn't as good. Not enough synthetics and wool; too much cotton.
Who will say you will have $2 shirt (long sleeve) from here and everybody compliment on it:) To be honest, I like men side of this store rather than women. They have quality shirts. I am not sure about hoodies and jeans, but shirts are really good.
A little different due to the virus but so is everything! Looks a little less then stocked but that's alright. Glad dressing rooms are open
Shopped just after COVID quarantine restrictions were easing so the store was relatively quiet. All employees were wearing masks. Encountered 3 employees who were super friendly and stated they had just started working this week. Great selection of clothes with many sales running in all departments. The store was clean, practicing safe distancing, friendly and knowledgeable employees.overall a great shopping experience for my daughter and me.
Their selection is okay but average. There are plenty of better options out there.
I don’t want to say that they discriminate at this particular store, but I noticed I was being followed in a very subtle manner. Then, I overheard a manager to tell an associate to watch out for me. I admit, I take a long time to shop as I want to make the best decision and I try on a lot of things as I have a couple trouble areas, but I DO NOT STEAL.
I noticed they would not leave me alone and due to the discomfort, I decided to never return there. It’s been a year since this happened, but I will never forget that shameful and hurtful feeling. Other stores in this mall leave me alone, but not this one.
It feels good to finally get that out.
