The only place to go for implants. Everyone are so friendly, helpful and take such good care of you. Dr. O'Brian is always so kind and pleasant. Has always done an excellent job with my implants. Followed up with a courtesy call, same day. Thank you all involve with my visit there.

My 95-year-old father went in to get a tooth pulled. The office staff were great and the doctor friendly and quick. However, the office is NOT handicapped accessible - the front doors had no opener and the chairs had no flexibility. Trying to get my Dad into the chair took longer than pulling the tooth.
I WOULD recommend this office but only if you were able bodied.

Dr. Elias is Awesome. He is patient and professional and answered all my questions. Dr. Elias made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. He even called me at home later in the day to check in on me. The other staff were friendly as well. I would recommend anyone to go here.

I have had so many bad experiences with professionals (see my other reviews - ugh!), but Council Bluffs Oral Surgery and and Dr. Elias gave us an A+ experience.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Elias. He clearly and directly outlined all the risks prior to the operation and gave me and my child an opportunity to ask questions. The support staff were all helpful.

They did make me pay before the operation was started. They told me they would reimburse me if they overcharged. Most other medical professionals do not engage in this practice, but I have experienced it on a few occasions. This practice never sits right with me - but it is what it is I guess. (Dr. Elias more than made up for it.)

The operation went off without a hitch and we went home. The best part of the experience was when Dr. Elias called me later on at about 7 pm in the evening to check in on my child. In my experience, this is not a common practice. It really made me feel like my family was important. THANK YOU DR. ELIAS.

They are one on the best facilities I’ve ever been to. I was nervous going in and they quickly reassured me and procedures were over before I knew it. Very professional and compassionate the entire staff. Dr. Elias was amazing along with his team. He called later that afternoon to make sure everything was good.

Great experience, in and out very quickly. Dr. Elias called personally the evening of extractions to follow up to see how I was doing. Also the nurse called 3 days later for follow up to make sure everything was still going ok. Great caring team!

Listen to a family member call, asking for help due to his pain being horribly out of control over a broken tooth. They refused to help this patient on a Friday afternoon allowing him to go into the weekend in excruciating pain. Unacceptable!

The doctor and staff were very kind who performed the procedure. My dental insurance is not very good and I had a large balance due after insurance paid. I’ve paid it down to a small balance and called to see if they would negotiate the remaining amount. I was told they do not write balances off for completed procedures. They do however offer you to pay whenever you are able. I would not say this is a smart financial move but if you are looking for a dentist office that does not mind if they do not get paid rapidly:) this is the dentist office for you! I know I will make a small monthly payment going forward instead of paying my balance off!

I cannot more highly recommend Dr. Thomas Elias and his staff. After an accident out of town, I needed continued follow up care at home and my dentist recommended Dr. Elias. He has been so kind, professional and caring and goes above and beyond to ensure I understand my treatment and prognosis. I only wish every doctor I must see in the future is as genuine, thorough and competent as Dr. Elias. Thank you so much for your warmth and compassion. I am at ease knowing I’m under your care.
