Jerry did such a great job fixing my doorbell. He was very professional and personable. Highly recommend!

VERY EXPENSIVE. $145 to hang one light fixture. That was after applying the valpack 'free service call' coupon. No new wiring or cutting just simply change out a fixture in the kitchen. Less than an hour. They do give you a quote up front. Professional and answered all my questions. Also, cleaned up after himself.

In my 77 years I've needed may service technicians. Several were excellent, many were ok, & a few left me with recurring nightmares. Jerry was by far the best service tech I've ever had experience with. He was kind & pleasant, & extremely competent. He gave me a detailed quote. It was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. It was the best value for my money in a long time. 5 stars for sure.

On-Time Professionals opens up the flat rate pricing book. $291.04 One -Tombstones lighting sockets, a task that takes LESS Than ONE HOUR.

I have 400 T-Mobile's. I don't even pay this much in New York or California. Beware of contractors that use flat-rate pricing books.

Pricey. Get a quote up front before you have them out so you're not sticker shocked like me. That said, the gentleman was very professional and solved my problem. Never treated me like an idiot, and answered all my questions. Was honest about pricing too - I just wish I'd inquired before he got there.

Service was excellent! Jerry is a stupendous contractor and a breath of fresh air after having worked with several less than stellar examples over the past couple years. He quickly fixed an issue with a GFCI outlet that had an entire circuit out of commission. I also had a new subpanel installed and several new lines run to various locations in the house. The whole process was painless from the customer perspective and Jerry was pleasant and very knowledgeable. On Time Professionals has my business for any electrical work going forward!

If you’re looking to get electrical work done, you don’t need to look any further. Jerry did an amazing job installing multiple outlets including a new exterior outlet. The prices were fair and the quality of work was excellent. If I need additional electrical work done in the future I will be calling On Time Professionals again. 10/10

Jerry showed up had no equipment for the job and was extremely rude and disrespectful! Then had the audacity to tell me I owed him a service fee.ummm no you did nothing but waste my time. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
