Extremely rude. Called for rebar and they hung up on me before I even got to ask about it.

They let me in at 630 for a 0800 appt but did not start unloading until 0845

I am not sure why this company got such a bad reviews
we missed our appointment because of snow storm, but they unload us in 15 minutes

Not very pleased with their customer service. I was on hold so long trying to get a quote that their phone system sent me to voicemail. Called back and it happened twice in a row. Do better.

3.5 hrs to unload me. Not including the 25 minutes I showed up early to my appointment.
