I have been an existing customer, ran into a very unfortunate situation this week and Maddie was amazing in helping our family out! She was quick, knowledgeable and really showed she cared. I so appreciate the service I received today.

Try to get a loan and straight up said no not even with an Excellent co signer that has wayo over a 600 score and been at his job for 18 year didn't even ask for any of his info very disappointed really needed a loan

I was amazed on how easy it was to get the loan that I applied for.if I'm in need of another loan I will definitely go to One main financial.

Courteous and friendly staff. I was very pleased with the process, and the service I was given. I needed a debt consolidation loan and they were able to assist me. They explained everything, offered unemployment insurance if something were to happen with my job, and they worked out a comfortable payment schedule that was affordable.

Told my wife she was approved for loan, and when she went in there they told her NO. Not even considering my income for the loan

I obtained a loan and within three months paid it off in full so I thought. The online site does not advise that it is not a complete payoff. The office advised the site cant populate the payoff but can accept thousands of dollars if you make the payment. I went into the branch the following morning and paid it off in full so I thought again. I logged on again the next morning and yet another balance is showing but was assured that the payment made the day before was final. Very poor service and a poor system.
