Open Door Mission Family Outreach Center reviews
8Ya know. I can't understand why they feel Council Bluffs residents only deserve 1 day of help per week but the disaster over in the Omaha pantry gets all the days? Some of us have 9-5 M-F jobs and therefore can't get help because of this.
Today I go to open door mission and the door is not open. I check it online it show open. I try to call them to make sure I’m not mistaken. The lady name Teresa said, “it open” I told her I was in the front door and the door is locked. No one is there. She didn’t said anything and just hang up the phone.
I love that they are there to help others however it's always closed. The Timberlake outreach center is part of open door mission as well. It's located in Omaha Nebraska. It's a lot bigger. And I think they are open Tuesday- Saturday. They have project Santa sign ups.
This place is wonderful. It has a food pantry and they offer free clothing, shoes and household items. They also accept donations of all those items. Everything is 100% free here.
This a good place for your donations to help anyone or everyone. Our local public at this time is in dire need to keep families heathy, happy, and fed. You can easily and quickly drop off donations.
Nice people besides this spanish looking female rude and doesn't have any type of trust towards you or what you have to explain to her about a situation, told me to take a pic of the paper instead of standing by door and writing down info. I needed!
I've donated here a few times, and each time has been quick and easy, with a great staff. I only wish I would have donated here a long time ago to help out the homeless population.
Good place. When will you guys be open in cb can't ever get to the one in carter lake
