Really good process and care from staff. However, disappointed in the doctor not following through with what he said. I made sure to mention the amount of pain I was in being I had to wait so long to have everything removed and they said they’d prescribe some extra relief for the pain and all I got was ibuprofen. Please make sure you follow up with them about that before you leave their offices if they recommend it!

This is my second visit for a second tooth extraction. My mouth is.complicated. But if it was easy, anybody could do it. Great job!

From the registration to having the procedure performed was the most pleasant experience that I’ve had at a dental office. Dr. Schwarzkopf extremely professional, kind caring and need more like him.

I have a bad back and can't lye down at all on my back, even laying down in a dentist chair is very painful. The staff went out if their way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Even allowing me to sit up for a few minutes to relieve the pressure on my back. They explained every step of my procedure to me. They truly did an amazing job

I was very anxious and worried about my extractions and bone grafting. The doctor and dental assistants made my visit as easy as possible and were very kind about my anxiety.

I was very happy with my visit. Everyone was very helpful and the Dentist and the nurses were good and made me feel good.

My nurse was so personable and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. No question about the procedure was off limits. Everyone I encountered was kind during what could be a nerve-racking day.

I’ve had a procedure done before with Oral Surgeons P. C before and knew I wanted to go back for any of my other oral surgery needs.

I was having complications from wisdom teeth and was unable to see my dentist due to him being on vacation, so I went to see another emergency clinic where they informed me that all of my wisdom teeth needed pulled. Everything felt rushed and i was uncomfortable and I then requested to be referred out to Oral Surgeons PC.

I called the next morning where they got me in immediately and were able to extract the problematic wisdom tooth (1) all in the same visit! The clinic is clean, staff is friendly and kind and they genuinely care about you. Im a very anxious person and their nurse provided me with the reassurance and comfort I needed. The actual extraction took less than 5 minutes and I felt absolutely nothing.

I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

My appointment was set for 11: 05 am. They had me in the dental chair at 11 am. The dental assistant and Dr. Schwarzkopf both explained what would be taking place and what I could expect. It went great. Dr. Schwarzkopf removed all three of my sons wisdom teeth and he continues to do a great job. Thank you.

I have had 2 teeth pulled previously by two different surgeons and the experience was terrible, I came here to P. C expecting the same treatment to pull out my wisdom tooth, the doctor who pulled it did and incredible job, I hardly bled, and the pain was bearable unlike the last two! These people are very professional at their job!

I have been pretty disappointed with my entire experience here. The lack of bedside manner from the surgeon and lack of customer service or even friendliness from the front office staff. They have never been warm or welcoming and actually quite the opposite. The communication is quite poor and having complications after surgery doesn't seem like a priority for them. Overall just disappointed of my treatment when spending a significant amount of money.

I can’t say enough good things about my excellent care when I had my wisdom tooth pulled. The dentist and all the staff are absolutely wonderful.

Amazing service! The staff are incredible! I was terrified of needles and honestly it was a pinch and over with and the girls were so kind to me knowing my fears! I’m a grown woman and have always been terrified of needles but they treated me with respect and dignity. I couldn’t have asked for better service and I’m so glad I chose this office! Would definitely recommend!

Very effective work in the procedure (extracting a major tooth). Quicker than I expected. I felt like I was in good hands with Dr Schwarzkopf and strong team.

Clear instructions after the procedure, and excellent take-home Instructions, including recipes for appropriate soft food dishes and smoothies.

I am only 24 hours out, so maybe things will change, but so far the team’s suggested ‘wound’ recovery and pain-minimizing steps are working well.
