UNPORFESSIONAL - PRIVACY NOT RESPECTED
I recently visited this office for a consultation. During the consultation I asked about staying with my minor child during the procedure. This unsettled the provider who never asked why I made the request but said he would not allow it. He offered to ask a "partner" and I agreed he could ask the "partner". I did not give permission to discuss it with anyone else, but after he left the normal chatter in the hall seemed to stop and I could hear whispering.

When the "professional" came back in to the room he informed no one would be willing to allow this. Not a problem. But when I went to leave the office all of the staff (7-10 people) silently watched my daughter and I leave the room.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I felt incredibly uncomfortable and wished I had never called this person! DON'T ASK QUESTIONS - YOU'LL BE THE TALK OF THE OFFICE!

I wouldn't recommend this office because they were not professional or respectful of my private information - in this experience I was treated disrespectfully. The "Professional" never even asked why. So I think we dodged a bullet with this unkind, unprofessional provider.

HEALTH CARE IS NOT ONE SIZE FITS ALL! I want my health care to fit me and my needs.

As a Prosthodontist (someone who specializes in replacing missing teeth and tooth structure), this group is my go to for oral surgery. All of my patients are treated well and I get consistent and excellent results for my patients. I highly recommend this group!

In and out for my wisdom teeth removal. Very professional, kind and great at what they do.

I’ve had horrible experiences at the dentist. Dr. Albright took that fear away. He was very gentle and made my visits comfortable. I couldn’t of asked for a better oral surgeon. He rocks!

A referral for 2 extractions - the best I’ve ever come across. Minimal pain the first day and no pain and it’s day 2. I will be back again:) ty!
