Orange City Area Health System (OCAHS)

We drive to Orange City for the doctors instead of going to the clinic where we live. Absolutely love Dr. Grossman and all the staff. Highly recommend.

I thought it was very odd, disrespectful, and unprofessional that the physician was not wearing a mask in the hospital or in my family member’s hospital room, considering masks were being required hospital-wide. Everyone else was adhering to this policy.

Other than this strange encounter, the experience was good. The nurses were delightful and the place is clean and inviting.

Although most of my experiences with doctors here have been completely fine, I had a very poor experience with one of the family practice doctors a few months ago. I went to him with concerns about a couple moles, which he checked out. But, without asking or warning me, he lifted up the back of my shirt to look there. It was unexpected and extremely uncomfortable. Doctors should ask for consent just like everybody else.

I use too love Orange City Health but I dont like how they try too make you seem like you are making things up or make themselves sound like they are better then you. The last doc. I saw made me feel absolutely stupid about covid. All because the stuff is disappearing that dont mean it's over. My boss is who sent me home so I came to be safe and get tested trust me id rather be working.

As for the building it's good. I used to be happy going there but lately I've been getting the run around alot. Being told to give blood so I do then they call me and tell me I have to do it the next morning. Waiting for a week for my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy and still getting the run around on it today

Orange City Area Health System is wonderful. I've had a few different insurance plans over the years and they've always accepted. I really liked my doctors, the app is easy to use, the process is quick and the prescription was sent out immediately with no issues. They are the only online doctor app I will use!

Tried their basil chicken and chili lamb - really tender, quality meat and flavorful food! Also tried their platha for apps - it was yummy but wouldn't go out of my way to order that - nice to try once.

Very good food and atmosphere is very hip. Would definitely take tourists and friends when they come in town.

Very unhappy with my first time doing an ultrasound for my 32 week pregnancy appointment. There was no privacy in the room, especially when I had to change to get ready for it. The ultrasound lady kept coming in and out of the room and the way she did the ultrasound was very rough. It shouldn’t be painful and I had my husband with me who was very confused on the care and privacy we received during this appointment. The lady seemed to be on drugs, as she was very hesitant and disrespectful. The doctor we seen is from Sioux Falls was also not very understanding and didn’t talk to us in a calmly manner. We could not catch up to what she was completely saying because she was talking so fast with the “okay? Okay? ” At everything she said. We were waiting for this ultrasound and happy to visit, but it was a terrible experience with the staff and doctor. I wish i was referred to a different clinic, doctor, and ultrasound tech. We will complain to the board of health. Hope they cleaned up the crystal like powder that was on the floor by the ultrasound table I had to lay on. Very bad staff

He went above and beyond by helping us find the perfect shoe for my mom. He even brought mens show to find the perfect length and width. As my mom has beyond wide feet, but Nick did not give up easily and found a shoe.

Awesome facility! Physical therapy department is excellent. Have state of the art equipment and professional staff.

I've attended class at Ritual several times now and absolutely loved my experience. The staff are friendly and attentive and are truly invested in your success while at class. I found the upbeat yoga style perfect for me as I get bored very easily during workouts that don't keep me on my toes. The facilities were beautiful and very clean. I will for sure continue to go to to this studio and look forward to them opening up more:)

Had never tried hot yoga before. The facilities are very clean, the staff is very supportive and friendly and the classes are tough and restorative.

No beds! Go to a real hospital like Orange City Area Health System. The staff were rude and am in pain.

I highly recommend Orange City Area Health System as a studio for the hot yoga lover with a packed work day. First off, the instructors are all well versed and knowledgeable, making class enjoyable but also safe. Even first timers can enjoy a sweat. Best of all is the attention to detail they give the entire experience. Mays, towels, water, even chopstick is bought of in the yoga experience. It makes running from work to yoga a breeze, which for me is essential for a practice. I've been telling everyone about them.

$5 per person entrance fee! Cash only. Also, a gentleman has a stand with beautiful dreamcatchers! He was so kind, today I bought a white straw crossbody purse and I'm in love with it! There was a variety of interior patterns you could choose from. A really nice lady near the food area had a stand with blankets you could buy for a great deal. Definitely coming back again.

Fire! Oxtails falling off bone, potato salad is fire too. Food came out quick order to dine in everyone was nice and attentive! I will be back.

Quick and very accommodating! ! They're good at what they do. A nice touch is that they'll offer you tea in the beginning and a massage at the end. Love this place!
