4 We've all seen or heard stories of kids across the country who have bonded with their local garbage man. When my oldest son was little our garbage man would always honk and wave, he would give him hats and stickers. One Christmas he gave him a toy garbage truck.
Unfortunately the story here is not the same. In fact it's the exact opposite. Yes, my two youngest boys get excited to see the truck coming. Yes, the run down the sidewalk so the can watch every can get lifted off the ground. Yes they are boys and get excited.
But here, the workers are not so friendly. In fact, I have now been told that if my kids are outside they won't stop at my house.
Anything I have to say following this does not belong on a review. Zero Stars!
Dont bother putting your can out if its windy, if it blows over they wont get out and pick it up.
Outstanding service from customer service to personnel who pick up trash/recycling.had a wheel malfunction on trash bin and corey and his crew took the time out of their pickup to fix the wheel for me.thank you so much.
They are extremely helpful, especially when it comes to hauling extra items for you that do not fit into the trash bins
