8Make sure you make this store physically check for your part. Their audit system is inefficient.
The people who were working there while i went to go get transmission oil which i specifically said i needed and they led me to a product i didn't need. I didn't realize i bought the wrong product until i got home, wouldn't recommend going here because it seems like the employees over on university don't seem to take their jobs seriously. Will be going to another auto parts store in hopes that they will take their jobs seriously.
Very happy with the service and knowledge of the staff. Products are of quality. I recommend this place.

Good selection of in stock parts. The is pretty ignorant about auto parts though. Don't waste time ordering online, they'll screw it up EVERY TIME.
Wonderful. Pulled in thinking we had a blinker out. Attendant helped us and found out it was just loose.
We had to buy a battery and the young man was great! He helped us install the new battery and was very polite and kind.
Usually go here for parts. Battery- cleaning supplies- battery connectors- wipers- oil- and there at least once a week and I needed a mechanic to fix my SUV in my driveway. I called OReillys to pay for the part over the phone and they said that they don't do that. WHAT? ! So I have to drive my SUV to get the parts without a hood. Please get this remedied you can get a pizza over the phone you should be able to get auto parts
