Went to return a part with my receipt that was not even 15 days old. The manager on duty coped an attitude saying maybe it was my car that was faulty. Practically tossed the replacement when I advised I didn't part for a part for it to go out 2 weeks later and that it could have been defective prior to purchase. Will not be returning.will go out of my way to go elsewhere.

I'd have better servic if they had a self checkout. Stared at us when we showed up and turned their backs to us then when we went to pay did nothing to help even though there were five of them. One guy only helped because we made eye contact. Don't usually get annoyed about stuff like this but put a little value into your customers

Very good prices to get the stuff you need for your car or anything else I would recommend this place also help tell you how to put it on and sometimes my help please are very nice kind people too

I enjoyed this auto parts store because the staff went out of their way to help me with what I needed

The guy was great. Helped me get the windshield wiper on after buying that at Walmart. Had gone there for the thermostat and wrench. Thanks guys.

Not enough people working when I was there but the person who did help me was recently quick about it so I can't complain

Poor service and they have to order most parts. Do yourself a favor and find what part you need and save the 25% markup and order it from Amazon.

This store is really over-priced but the sorry girl with all the tattoos and piercings was super helpful and professional. She did a great job and send passionate about what she does. Great customer service from this gal.

Employees standing at computers talking about the awesome car stereo installation they did while 3 of us waited to be helped. I pay your higher prices to get good customer svc. I can go to your competitors for this kind of service!

Great store with a wide variety of parts and tools collection. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pretty reasonable pricing too.

Got the right part but all the staff was standing there not helping while I was standing at the counter. Also the guy who finally helped was rude when I wasn't sure of all the information they needed for the part, and even complained that I made him walk outside to my car to get the information.

Great prices, super friendly staff. Was able to help me get my Tahoe safe for the wintry weather. Needed just one wiper blade and were able to accommodate and make sure I got correct size. Even helped me put it on as I would of needed a step ladder and manpower as my holder for old wiper was still attached. Overall great experience!

Great group of guys work here. Always happy and polite. Work with you even if you don't have all the info for your vehicle and I have never left with a less clear idea of what I am going to do next with my latest project in evolving the vehicles. They ask if military discount applies which I didn't serve but my dad and grandfather did and it makes me happy to know they probably ask every guest at this location. Like I said great group of guys.

The guy working was very helpful. Came out and checked my check engine light code and talked shop. Also found a light bulb for my license plate that was burned out for me.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. I greatly appreciated that he put my wiper blades on my car for me. Thank you O'Reilly's!

I needed 2 truck batteries, and they were more than helpful obtaining them.
All in all, it was a very positive experience for me.

If you don't know the year of your car because you just got it and need to fix it. Bring your vin number and they can find the right parts you need.

It is where I buy 90% of my auto parts needs. If they don't have the part you need they can get it usually in 24 hours or less.
